Accommodation is not included in the cost and is to be arranged by students (we will provide some suggestions for good motels, hotels, b&bs etc).
Your four hosts will take it in turns to lead four half day sessions, covering all the tools you need to create stunning content for your blogs, social media feeds, websites etc, including cooking demonstrations, talking about recipe writing and researching, social media, styling and photography. You don’t have to be a blogger or food writer.
There will be plenty of opportunities for hands on learning with all four hosts and to talk to, share ideas with and maybe hatch up new collaborations with all of us, including your fellow students; we will be having cocktails in a paddock, breakfast in an orchard, supper in an old convent and two full days of generous sharing, learning and inspiration.
We will cook with and share local, seasonal produce, cider and wine and Sophie, Tessa and Emiko will share and demonstrate a few recipes from their books.
